Q1: Are You Manufactory or Trade Company?
A1: We are an industry and trade integration company specializing in printing & packaging for over 20 years with a 3000 square meters workshop area. We have an excellent team composed of 50 professionals and more than 200 skilled workers.

Q2: Can I get samples?
A2: Sure! Usually, we could provide an existing sample free of charge. But if you need customized samples, it requires a little printing mold cost. And if you do not have a courier account, you can pay it to us, then we will arrange the shipment for you.

Q3: How long is lead time of sample?
A3: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you need customized samples, it takes 5 to 7 days to make it.

Q4: How long is the production lead time?
A4: It takes 7-12 working days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.

Q5: What format of file do you need if I want my own design?
A5: We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, AI, PDF, etc. We will make a 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q6: How many colors are available?
A6: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors or recommend some popular colors to you.

Q7: What is your payment term?
A7: Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance before shipment. If you have a specific payment request, please tell us, then we could check for you.
